Shipping Information

The shipping information we provide for our products should be read carefully. Products will be shipped on the same day where an order is received and verified as paid for by 1030 h on that day. We use local and national couriers, for national courier deliveries please allow up to 5 working days from our electronic confirmation that your order has been sent.

Out of Stock

Zip Tie Guy makes every effort to ensure our stock levels are advertised, where we find we cannot fulfil an order we will get in touch through whichever means possible to either offer an alternative or arrange return of your funds.

We will not provide a refund for a product that is not defective or one of our customers has damaged due to Non-Fair Wear (NFW).  All of our products are of industrial standard, they do not come with directions on how to use and any purchaser of our products should either be fully conversant with the product they are buying or make best effort to ask questions and comply with professional advice.  We distribute industrial consumable products online direct from manufacturers we have chosen who produce their products for global markets.

The costs are kept to a minimum by our decision to not invest in expensive packaging and detailed instructions on how to use.  We do however, ensure that every product complies with the standards for the country in which they are sold.

We put a lot of effort into our shipping information, privacy policy and terms and terms & conditions policies. Zip Tie Guy reserves the right to assess each claim for refund or replacement independently.  It is our policy that postage costs for refund or replacement are always with the Buyer. Please email us via sales@ziptieguy.com.au where you are unhappy with a purchase and we will act promptly to resolve with you.  Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible.
